Wedding Invitations

婚 禮 請 柬

A small number of bespoke commissions are accepted each season — hand-painted by the artist, yours as an original painting and a high-resolution file to print from.

An invitation is the first object your guests will hold of your wedding. It carries everything — the day, the names, the promise. It deserves to be made by hand.

Each commission is drawn personally by Anita: the calligraphy of your names, a brushed motif chosen for the season, the artist’s seal pressed in vermillion at the foot of the card. No two are alike.

三 品

Anita paints the artwork; you print the invitations. Every commission is delivered as the original painting and a high-resolution file, ready to take to your own printer. Because each piece is painted to order, pricing depends on the complexity of the work — tell us what you have in mind and we will quote you personally.

Consultation

A private conversation by video or in the Hong Kong studio. We discuss your wedding, the season, the motifs that mean something to you, and the collection that fits.

ii

Calligraphy

The artist draws three calligraphic studies of your names. You choose the one to carry forward. The chosen brushwork becomes the master for your suite.

iii

Painting

The artwork is painted in the studio — calligraphy, motif, and seal, drawn and inspected by hand. The finished piece is then scanned at high resolution, ready for print.

iv

Handover

You receive the original painting by post and the high-resolution file by email. From there the printing is yours to arrange — your paper, your size, your stationer.

The painting by post, the file by email.

Every commission is delivered two ways — the original hand-painted artwork, posted from the Hong Kong studio, and a high-resolution digital file sent by email for you to print from, as many as you wish.

We don’t print the invitations ourselves. The artwork is yours to take to your own printer or stationer, in whatever paper, size, and finish you choose.

The original ships in a silk-paper-wrapped presentation box by tracked, insured courier — Hong Kong & Macau: 2 days. Rest of Asia: 4–6 days. Europe, UK, North America: 6–8 days. Elsewhere: 8–12 days.

Tell us a little, and we will quote you.

委 托

A limited number of commissions are accepted each season. Tell us what you have in mind and the studio will respond personally within five working days — with a price for the artwork and a painting timeline.
